Panel Frame Construction
NXGN Panel Hoardings are pre-fabricated off-site as complete panel units. Each panel consists of a 70×35mm MGP10 timber frame with a 9mm MDF or Plywood skin fixed to one face. The frame is assembled using studs and plates with chipboard screws, then the skin is attached to create a rigid, self-supporting panel.
